Minnesota's Weatherization Assistance Program

The first episode of a nine-part, 40-minute 2D animated series helps low income Minnesotans understand Minnesota's Weatherization Assistance Program, which is part of nationwide program supported by the US Department of Energy.

The series was delivered in four languages (English, Spanish, Somali, and Hmong) through audio, captions, and on-screen characters. In addition, a version for visually impaired viewers was created using audio descriptions. The series aimed to represent the cultural diversity of Minnesota.
